Identification of Hammerstein Systems with Set-Valued Observations
نویسنده
چکیده
This work is concerned with identification of Hammerstein systems whose outputs are measured by set-valued sensors. The system consists of a memoryless nonlinearity which is polynomial and possibly non-invertible, followed by a linear subsystem. The parameters of linear and nonlinear parts are unknown but have known orders. Input design, identification algorithms, and their essential properties are presented under the assumptions that the distribution function of the noise is known and the threshold values of set-valued sensors are known. The concept of strongly scaled full rank signals is introduced to capture the essential conditions under which the Hammerstein system can be identified with set-valued observations. Under strongly scaled full rank conditions, a strongly convergent algorithm is constructed. The unbias and efficient properties of the algorithm are investigated.

متن کاملNonlinear System Identification Using Hammerstein-Wiener Neural Network and subspace algorithms
Neural networks are applicable in identification systems from input-output data. In this report, we analyze theHammerstein-Wiener models and identify them. TheHammerstein-Wiener systems are the simplest type of block orientednonlinear systems where the linear dynamic block issandwiched in between two static nonlinear blocks, whichappear in many engineering applications; the aim of nonlinearsyst...
متن کاملOn the identification of Hammerstein–Wiener systems
Special classes of nonlinear systems applied in engineering are nonlinear systems with both block-oriented Hammerstein and Wiener structures, respectively [1, 3, 4, 7, 8, 14]. There are a lot of papers devoted to the different aspects of the parametric identification of Hammerstein and Wiener systems and much less on that of the Hammerstein–Wiener (H-W) systems with so-called hard nonlinearitie...
متن کاملContinuous Time Hammerstein Systems Identification by Distributions
The paper presents a procedure for identification continuous-time Hammerstein systems. To improve the representation of the nonlinear functions, the set of basis functions is iteratively refined. It is possible to identify the dominant nonlinearities, applying a singular value decomposition to the input matrix. In our approach, the linear dynamic subsystem is described by a transfer function of...
متن کاملINTEGRABILITY OF AN INTERVAL-VALUED MULTIFUNCTION WITH RESPECT TO AN INTERVAL-VALUED SET MULTIFUNCTION
Intervals are related to the representation of uncertainty. In this sense, we introduce an integral of Gould type for an interval-valued multifunction relative to an interval-valued set multifunction, with respect to Guo and Zhang order relation. Classicaland specific properties of this new type of integral are established and several examples and applications from multicriteria decision making...
